
Yixiao Fu is now a first-year graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University's computational design program where her research focuses on location-based mixed reality technologies and their implications on the new design pedagogies. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University studying Landscape Architecture and Art History. Having an interdisciplinary studying background, she is always interested in exploring new design methods and technologies to enhance the interactivity and performances of civic space and creating the innovative spatial experience to promote the quality of the public realm.
